Freek Morees, better known as Mr. Blacksocks, had another success today.
Yesterday it was almost a hit for Freek, but his hooked blue marlin managed to escape after a 20-minute fight.
The rods had barely been divided when Cavalier was already hooked-up at 10 o`clock this morning.
The fight lasted until 11.15 am, after which Freek was now the winner. His blue marlin was estimated to weigh as much as 350 kilograms.
Around 13.30 pm another great bite.
Angler Jack Boyle from the United Kingdom was now able to measure his strength with his very first blue marlin ever.
And he also came out on top with a fish of over 230 kilos.
Two wonderful releases, both of which came to the name of the Cavalier today.
Fantastic guys.
