3 BLUE MARLIN RELEASED
On board the CAVALIER were this morning 2 Blue Marlins-released.
The first bite was already about 10 a.m on the rod of Werner Völler from Germany.
The battle lasted unfortunately only a few minutes, after we lost this Blue Marlin.
The English lady Anita Miller had at 11 a.m more success with the second hook up.
The fight with her, an estimated 450 lbs Blue Marlin, took about 20 minutes after we have released this fighter.
The lures were only a few minutes back in the water when we hooked up for the third time.
This time it was the Danish angler Tim Nielsen who could take a place in the fighting chair.
Tim's patience was finally rewarded after many years big game fishing.
Congratulations again my friend. Patience is a virtue.
It was this morning on the EXPLORAMAR the Dutchman Cor van Rongen who tagged and released also a Blue Marlin.
A second Blue Marlin was here unfortunately lost.
