Angler Craig Bloomer from England had chartered the Cavalier this morning and luckily not without success.
A few Skipjack tuna were first caught with light rods, after which they were used as live bait in search of the Blue Marlin.
At 11 o`clock Craig hooked up. .
It took him about 20 minutes to fish his dream fish behind the boat.
The estimated 300lb marlin could be properly released.
The afternoon departure almost became a copy of the previous trip.
First some Skipjack tuna were caught.
The Dutch angler Roland Spierings was now the lucky one.
Also his Blue Marlin was estimated by the crew at about 300lb and released again.
Congratulations to both fishermen + crew of the boat Cavalier
