This two-headed ray was discovered earlier this year in an aquarium in Australia.
The ray was found by Leonardo Guida, a student at Monash Uneversity in Melbourne.
According to him, the first two-headed ray ever found in Australia.
Worldwide it happened only a few times before.
The cause of this rare birth defect is not known.
It may be caused by a genetic defect, but the defect can also be caused by environmental influences such as pollution.
The stillborn ray is a specimen of the Southern Fiddler Ray (Trygonorrhina dumerilii)
