300 lb Blue Marlin

140 kg BLUE MARLIN

After the Albacore Explosion yesterday began the trip the morning, on the first Friday of the new month, pretty quiet.
Both, the CAVALIER and the EXPLORAMAR didn't caught any fish on this morning trip.
With a cool breeze, it looked for the fishermen on the CAVALIER, on the afternoon departure, a lot more favorable.

The first action came around 18.00 p.m when a Spearfish had taken one of the lures.
Unfortunately this was lost again after 5 minutes.
Moments later five or six big Tunas suddenly appeared behind the lures but unfortunately they missed all together.

A hook up from a Blue Marlin broke the sizzling tension aboard.
This Blue Marlin was after a fight of 25 minutes estimated by the crew Hafed and Abraham at about 300 pounds.
Oh my God .....what a GREAT week with only on the CAVALIER, every day this week a Blue Marlin (5 pieces) + many many many, many Albacores and not to forget one Wahoo.

Of the 8 sport fishing boats in Puerto Rico leads the CAVALIER now with 9 BLUE MARLINS followed by the EXPLORAMAR with a total of 5 Blues and 2 White Marlins.

ONLY ONE (or two) CAN BE THE BEST!!!!!!!
