After fishing for three-days-two nights at the Andaman sea (Malaysia), the 200 participants participating in the 2013 Langkawi International Fishing Tournament (LIFT) had arrived at the Langkawi jetty to weigh their catch.
An average of 2,000 fishes was landed at the end of the competition which comprised of various sizes and species.
Among them were Grouper, Queenfish, Barracuda, Trevally, Snapper, Rainbow Runner, Narrow Barred Mackerel, and Dolphin fish.
The top prize for the group category will take home 3500 euro. The first runners-up will take home 2500 euro, while the third and and the fourth prize will pocket 1500 and 1000 euro respectively.
